Product introduction
The metal honeycomb substrate made by metal steel coil, the metal steel grade is usually EURO grade 1.4725, China grade 0Cr25Al5/0Cr21Al6 for Core, EURO grade 1.4521/1.4016/1.4301 and USA/Japana grade SUS444/SUS441/SUS430/SUS304 for Shell.
The Cell density usually from 25CPSI to 1000CPSI, the minimum thickness of the wall is 0.04mm. The open spaces in the cross-sectional area are larger than 90% of the frontal area, so resistance to the flow of gases through the holes is low, which minimizes energy consumed forcing gases through the structure.
